How partnering works
One agreement, full transparency: we manage the listing, the guests, and the turnovers, and we earn a share only when your property does.
Commission based, always
We earn an agreed percentage of the net income from every booking we manage. If your apartment does not book, we do not earn.
Everything in writing
Before we take on a new listing, it is put in writing. Every property is covered by a signed cohosting agreement setting out fees, responsibilities, and reporting.
Paid out monthly
You get a full breakdown of bookings, fees, and net payout every month, so you always know exactly where your income stands.
